1. How do I order?

You can either phone in your order by calling 084 596 1258 or, preferably complete the online order form. Once we have your order details and postal address we will email you an invoice with our bank details. Once the money is received your order will be processed and your goods delivered to your specified address. Simple as that.

2. How long does delivery take?

If items are in stock delivery will be within one week of you making your deposit. If not, please allow up to three weeks. (sbkaccessories tries to use registered postal services as much as possible to avoid the high costs associated with courier companies. Deliveries can be speeded up by special request but will obviously result in a higher retail cost to you, the customer.)


3. What is your returns policy?

Any returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice within 14 days, giving reason for return before any excahnge or refund will be given. Return postage is non refundable. Items must obviously be returned in "as new" condition before any refund will be considered.

7. How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery options include speed services counter to counter with the SA post office and Postnet to Postnet from R99, and “door to door” courier from R150 for smaller items. Prices obviously increase with the volumetric size of the parcels.
